FAQ's

We've thought of some burning questions you may have.  If there's anything we haven't covered, just ask!

"Will the water leave marks on my windows?"

"What if you break something?"

"Does rain effect the work you do?"
 

The short answer is no.  The slightly longer one is that we use water that has gone through an extensive filtering process, known as reverse osmosis.  This takes out all minerals etc which leaves 'pure' water - water with nothing left in it that can leave spots or streaks.

We regularly check and maintain our water purification process, and if you are ever unhappy with your results, we offer a free window clean.

In the unlikely but possible event we damage any of your property while working, and we are at fault, we have it covered!  We are insured up to £5 million of damage.  So that should cover it.  Unless you are Bruce Wayne...

While we are not the greatest fans of rain, most of the time the only thing it effects is our clothes/mood.  

For example, when window cleaning, the actual rain won't effect it at all.  This is because the rain water is pretty pure as the clouds are a great natural filtration system!  So while it may look like its pointless cleaning your windows in the rain, we assure you it will leave the same great finish as always.

If we ever deem it to be too unsafe to work due to weather however, we will reschedule.  Safety first, always!
